On Monday 9 November 2026, Ariki Ono, CEO and Logistics AI Architect at Nexgen Japan, will speak at Logistics DX SUMMIT 2026: Data-Driven Decision-Making to Break Through Uncertainty, held at Tokyo Convention Hall. He will share the stage with Masatomo Kumabe, CEO of T2.

Launched by Shippio in 2023 and billed as the "Davos of logistics", Logistics DX SUMMIT brings together leaders from the logistics industry and experts from neighbouring fields to debate the sector's challenges and its use of technology. This year's edition, the fourth, takes data-driven decision-making in an age of uncertainty as its theme.

Session title

Putting Logistics Technology into Practice: Turning Cross-Company Collaboration into Live Operations

(Session 1, Logistics DX, 14:15–15:05)

Overview

Logistics technology deployed within a single company delivers only limited gains. What does it take for shippers, logistics providers and technology firms to work across corporate boundaries, and to carry that collaboration beyond pilots into day-to-day operations? Speaking from the front line of implementation, the session will examine how collaboration across the supply chain can be made to work.
