Nexgen Japan was born from a deep conviction: I want my career to make society better. Studying social entrepreneurship sparked a question within me — "What can I leave for the next generation?"

The world's most aged population, intensifying natural disasters, and prolonged economic stagnation — Japan, as a frontrunner in societal challenges, is uniquely positioned to create new value. With this belief, I chose the name "Nexgen" — for the next generation. Starting from logistics and mobility, we are tackling three key challenges.
