By 2070, Japan’s working-age population will be about 60 per cent of its 2020 size.

Japan’s working-age population (aged 15–64) is projected to fall sharply over the coming decades.

Logistics already faces labour shortages. Our work is to build systems that keep running even as the number of workers falls.

Logistics underpins everyday life. We combine technology with human insight to build systems that keep running even as the workforce shrinks.

SCM & Logistics Business Analyst

Design businesses that support Japan’s infrastructure as the labour force shrinks and society changes.

What you will do

  • Research logistics and supply chain challenges, and design businesses that solve them
  • Develop solutions that combine technology with operating models and regulation
  • Explore applications that serve an entire industry rather than a single company

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in logistics or SCM operations, or in consulting
  • An interest in turning social challenges into viable businesses

Own the whole cycle through AI-driven development, from infrastructure to AI agent development and operations.

What you will do

  • Build system foundations through AI-driven development
  • Design and develop AI agents
  • Operate and improve systems after release
