On Friday 2 October 2026, 15:00–15:50, Nexgen Japan's CEO Ariki Ono will speak at the Logistics DX Future Conference AFTER ACTION IN TOKYO, held at Tokyo Big Sight within the Industrial DX Expo 2026 Summer Tokyo. He will co-present with Yusuke Akazawa, CEO and Editor-in-Chief of LOGISTICS TODAY.
Session title
Agents Put a Price on Conflict: Where Logistics AI Implementation Stands Today
Overview
Sales wants to guarantee same-day delivery. Transport wants to raise the load factor. AI agents cannot resolve this conflict. All they can do is present a few patterns in which each side could make concessions. Drawing on the latest AI agent implementation trends and cases, the session sets out a concrete architecture for what to leave to the system and what people decide.
On the day, we will run a live demonstration of a sales AI agent and a transport AI agent negotiating their way to concessions.
