Nexgen Japan was born from a single conviction: I want my career to make society better. Studying social entrepreneurship sparked a question within me — "What can I leave for the next generation?"

AI is beginning to take on much of our knowledge work, and there is growing concern that people will lose their jobs. In this era, our mission is to uncover the fundamental value of human beings working alongside AI, to refine it into new ways of working, and to give it concrete form on the front lines of industry.

We bear the name "Nexgen" — for the next generation — and what we confront is the challenge of handing Japan on to that generation as a sustainable nation. Starting from logistics (the movement of goods) and mobility (the movement of people), we are taking on three challenges.
